Forest Wellness Walks - It's all in the experience

(Theme 4 – Habitat, Theme 8 – Health, Theme10 – Sense of Place)

Organization: Forest Therapy Ottawa

Timeline for Completion: Ongoing Seasonal

Objective:

Join an Upcoming Public Walks!

Come on your own or with a friend or loved one. Our walks are in “near nature” — mostly within the urban boundaries of Ottawa-Gatineau. We also offer walks on the beautiful lands of Gaia Wellness Retreat near Wakefield, Quebec. Groups are generally about 8-16 people, and we ask you to pre-register. You do not need a high level of fitness for a walk, and some walks are on accessible trails.

Once you register, your guide will contact you with directions and let you know what to bring and how to dress, to be comfortable and safe.
