OBEC and SEO present – Developing YOUR sustainability project

March 23 @ 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm

We believe in working together to make awesome projects happen in Ottawa.

You have good ideas, but you don’t always have the time or budget to make them happen, or maybe they don’t quite line up with your organization’s priorities. The Ottawa Biosphere Eco-City Initiative and Sustainable Eastern Ontario are here to help you connect the dots and have your great ideas see the light of day.

Join us Friday March 23rd, 1:30-3:30 PM to learn more about OBEC and how it’s flexible model can help you and your organization get good stuff done. Hear from Water Rangers how OBEC’s charitable status helped them on a current project, and discuss with SEO staff and OBEC volunteers how they can help support events and campaigns.

Bring your pet project ideas and start bringing them to life in an interactive brainstorming session lead by Alastair Larwill, local business owner, certified energy advisor, and OBEC board member. Connect with potential partners (not just SEO & OBEC, but other attendees) and discover your next steps.

This event will take place at the Sustainable Capacity Centre, located on the 2nd floor of 969 Wellington St W in Hintonburg. Admission is free and all are welcome, but please RSVP by clicking the link on the SEO website at:
